Want to create great formal and informal portraits of children, families, weddings? Or do you need help with candid and journalistic portraits? You will explore a variety of available light and flash techniques. In each type, cover the aspects of composition and visual design in people photography and the psychology of successful portrait photography in a variety of situations. This hands on workshop is open to all levels of experience in photography.

Upon completion of this workshop, you will be you able to:
1. Apply the best use of light available when photographing people;
2. Use visual design when photographing people;
3. Define and explain the approach to a formal portrait (available light and flash);
4. Make great candid images of people;
5. Have confidence in numerous techniques while photographing people.
